I’m Isola Marras fashionably brings its Italian flair and distinctive style to the Middle East for the first time this winter. The coveted female apparel brand today opened its doors to Dubai’s affluent clientele at the flagship store located within the CITYWALK, an urban living and retail destination by Meraas.

In line with the store announcement, I’m Isola Marras presents its FW16 / 17 collection, a collection dedicated to the unique elceticism of Lilija Brik, a muse and supporter of Russian poet Vladimir Mayakovsky. The use of strong forms, distinctive colour palettes and futuristisc inspirations bring together the extraordinary and everyday. The FW16 /17 pallette introduces a mix of soft mauve, saffron and curcumin, as well as autumnal shades of green, aubergine and sky blue. 

Simple lines garnished by embroideries, colour ribbons, patchworks, inlays and ruffles are juxtaposed with geometric designs and floral micro-patterns. Big dresses, big skirts, big jumpsuits and big blouses play a distinct feature throughout the seasonal collection, artisan crafting and avant-grade solutions.
